Return & Refund Policy

At GoGirl-Fashion, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of every piece of fashion jewellery you receive. This Return & Refund Policy outlines how you can return or request a refund for items purchased from our official website www.gogirl-fashion.in as per mentioned conditions.


1. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

If your order arrives in poor condition where the product is either broken during transit or your received a wrong product than what you ordered, please follow the below steps.
To process your request:

  • Take a video and at least 2 clear photos of the package.
  • Email them to contactus@gogirl-fashion.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Once verified, we will provide you a refund of the entire amount for damaged products. For wrong products we will replace it at no additional cost.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.  

You're NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund/replacement when:

  • Minor variations in product details
  • Small irregularities in the products which are negligible
  • Differences in shade might due to lighting or screen settings and are not significant enough to be considered as a colour distinction.


3. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days of successful quality verification.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery (POD) — including payments made to delivery partners through UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Wallets — will be refunded as store credits only.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to a different payment method.

4. Terms & Conditions for National Orders

  1. Issue with product must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your order. After this period, the return window closes.
  2. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that are worn, washed, damaged, faded, or have any fragrance (such as perfume).
  3. Please don’t remove the product tag if you wish to return the item. Once product tag is removed it will no longer be eligible for return.
  4. Once your return reaches our warehouse, a quality inspection will be conducted. Upon approval, refunds are initiated and typically reflect in your bank account within 7–10 working days (excluding weekends).
  5. Returns made without a valid return request will not be accepted.
  6. GoGirl-Fashion reserves the right to decline a refund if products are undamaged, match order specifications, change of mind, or if false claims are made.
  7. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
  8. COD refunds are issued as store credits only.
  9. Free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or shipped.
  2. If you cancel an order after shipment, the refund will be issued as store credit, after deducting return shipping charges of Rs.99.
  3. Festival or special occasion offer items are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
